WHO WE ARE
GMUCCONA is an association of certified coffee and cocoa nursery operators working across Greater Mubende to improve seedling production, farmer services, and market access. The association brings together local expertise to produce high-quality planting materials, support farmers with reliable inputs, and strengthen agricultural systems that drive income growth and sustainability.
Where we work
The association operates across five districts in Greater Mubende: Mubende, Kassanda, Mityana, Kiboga, and Kyankwanzi. The central office is located in Mityana Municipality, enabling coordination of activities, service delivery, and engagement with farmers, partners, and stakeholders across the region.

Meet the Team
GMUCCONA operates under a structured governance system that ensures accountability and effective implementation. The General Assembly provides oversight, while the Executive Committee delivers strategic leadership. Specialized sub-committees oversee key areas including marketing, finance, environment, and technical operations, ensuring coordinated delivery across all strategic pillars.
